The new office has been opened through the company's subsidiary, American Title Co. Located in the seaside community of Del Mar, it is ANFI's fourth escrow branch to open in San Diego County.
The establishment of the Del Mar office follows the recent opening of five branch locations in Clark County, Nevada. Those offices were opened through ANFI's newly licensed subsidiary, Pioneer National Title of Nevada Inc.
ANFI currently operates 93 branch offices in California, Arizona, Nevada and New York. It also operates on a national level through its National Title Insurance of New York Inc. subsidiary, which is licensed to issue and underwrite title insurance policies in 34 states, the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands.
