Tutor Time, a nationally known day-care operator, has zeroed in on the activity in Frisco, a North Texas suburb with a population boom that leads the state and is one of the highest in the nation. Tutor Time struck a deal with Pinnacle Development for the northeast quadrant of Team Road and FM 720. Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas represented the seller.

In Euless, a local investor has acquired the 24,302 sf Midway Crossing shopping center from BNNC Inc. The center is located at 501 N. Main St. Henry S. Miller's Robert Stone represented the seller while the firm's Peter Kosley negotiated for buyer, Dennis White.

A Dallas lease, totaling 7,690 sf, put a fifth metroplex location into the hands of Metro Irrigation Supply Co., a distributor of commercial plumbing supplies. The five-year deal took a 28,000-sf office/industrial structure at 10425 Olympic to full occupancy, Nathan Denton, also of Henry S. Miller Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. He brokered the deal for building owner and lead tenant, Redlee SCS Inc. Henry S. Miller's Jim Turano represented Metro Irrigation.
