Genesis Corporate Centre, located at 5930-5962 Priestly Drive, fronting El Camino Real, in Carlsbad, is a development of Pacific Carlsbad Partners LLC, comprised of Rick Dent, Frank Sciacca, Jon Kurtin and Jim Gianulas.
Ron Jacobson and John Hoffmann of Colliers International represented the seller. Rob Gunness of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
Genesis Corporate is the only class A office building available today in the city of Carlsbad. Cambria Holdings LLC, a software development company, was the first to purchase one of the corporate office buildings for $1.57 million. The one-story, 6,360-sf property is located at 5962 Priestly Drive. Union Bank provided the financing.
Other recent Genesis Corporate transactions include a 7-year lease valued at $1.70 million. The Carlsbad office of Colliers International took occupancy of the one-story, 8,336 sf office building, located at 5930 Priestly Drive, in August.
Copernicus Computer Services Corporation leased the 6,360 sf office building at 5942 Priestly Drive. The 6-year lease is valued at $1.16 million. Ron Jacobson and John Hoffmann of Colliers International represented both the lessee and lessor in the lease transactions.
