The new tenant plans to open a residential brokerage office in the Laguna Niguel retail center, which it will occupy in mid May. The company will move its current office in Laguna Hills to the newly leased space, which is located at 28051 Greenfield Dr.
Coldwell Banker Residential will join tenants Ralphs and Loehmann's at the 373,619-sf retail complex. Other occupants of The Center include Expo Design Center, Sav-on, Strouds and Mann Theatres.
The landlord, Rancho Niguel II LLC of Laguna Niguel, was represented by Mark Baziak and Bill Browne of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis Co. Pam Lytle of Coldwell Banker acted on behalf of the tenant.
