BSK Investments bought 5.3 acres from JBMG Ltd. at Northgate Crossing in Spring, TX. The property will be use for an 80,000-sf automotive facility. Todd Edmonds of Betz Commercial Brokerage represented JBMG and Mike Carr was the attorney for BSK.
A corporate office is planned for Lee Road between Beltway 8 and Greens Road where Roger Rumsey bought a 15,000-sf warehouse/office building. Edmonds represented Rumsey and Jim Arledge negotiated for the seller, Investors Property Exchange.
Rena Properties LP bought 17.15 acres on Spring-Stuebner Road from Edward Zalta. Rena plans to build a light-industrial facility on the property. Tom Condon of Betz Commercial represented Zalta and Brad Dill and Rich Tutt of BD Realty Advisors LLC acted on behalf of the buyer.
