The Big Dollar stores, which sell a variety of housewares, tools and hardware, health and beauty items, cleaning supplies, greeting cards, groceries and a variety ofother items, are owned by Big Values Inc.
The chain is owned and managed by Michael Vandal of Plymouth, MN. He founded the retailer chain 17 years ago, and now has 15 stores in his chain. He also oversees independent stores, assisting them with location, acquisition, marketing, planning, training and merchandising.
