HANNIBAL, MO-Glimcher Realty Trust continues to market properties in non-strategic areas to potential buyers in order to reduce its debt. The sales volume so far this year is $22.4 million.

So far in 2002, the company has sold two community centers for $22.4 million.

Glimcher continues to actively market selected community center and single-tenant assets, and currently is in discussion with several potential buyers, company officials say.Glimcher, a real estate investment trust, owns, manages, acquires and develops enclosed regional and super-regional malls, value mega-malls, and community shopping centers.
