AmericInn Opens 41-Room Hotel Across State Line

LADYSMITH, WI-The newest unit of the Chanhassen, MN-based hotel chain is owned by Johnson Management. The property at 700 W. 9th St. South fits the "upscale limited serving lodging property" category, according to AmericInn.

The hotel is located at 700 W. 9th St. South.

AmericInn International LLC has almost 200 properties open or under development. The chain says it has a unique masonry construction system that provides quiet night's sleep to guests. The hotel appeals to both families -- it has a large recreation area including a pool and whirlpool -- and to business travelers, according to Luke Fowler, chairman and CEO of AmericInn.
