ADCS, Inc., a high-tech company specializing in data capture and document conversion, will move into the building located in the Parkway Business Center.

Smith Consulting Architects has completed the architectural and interior design of the new $11 million, two-story office building.Construction began last month and is scheduled for completion in August.

Smith Consulting officials say the project will include state-of-the-art energy saving equipment, including micro turbines that will be used for peak electrical shaving and a heat source for hot water.

Scott Cairns of Smith Consulting Architects is serving as principal-in-charge for Smith Consulting Architects, with Jon Ohlson as project architect, Gary Baker as principal-in-charge of building design and Carl King as job captain.

Catherine Hughes of Smith Consulting Architects is the interior designer, with Jill Winchell overseeing interior finishes. Ron Sutliff of Staubach is the construction manager for ADCS.
