Basin Street Tops Out Woodside Project

NOVATO, CA-The 89,000-sf office development, considered integral to the revitalization of Downtown Novato, is slated for completion by the end of the year.

The project is located at 7250 Redwood Boulevard in downtown Novato. The building will be wired with broadband access, a modern HVAC/lighting energy management system and an after-hours control system with individual computerized energy controls.

Basin Street is still seeking its first tenant for the building. Floor plate and asking rate information was not immediately made available. The project is slated for completion sometime during the fourth quarter.
