Professional Community Management Inc. signed combined contracts representing 459 single-family homes and 388 condominiums, to be managed by PCM's offices in San Diego and Vista.
The Lake Forest-based company's new condominium contracts will be managed by its San Diego office and include the Morada Maintenance Corp., a community encompassing 333 condominiums, a clubhouse, pool and spa in Rancho Bernardo.
The company will provide management services for Parkway Villas, a gated 55-condominium community that also features a clubhouse, pool and spa in La Mesa. In addition, PCM's Vista office will now manage California Showcase, an 84-single-family home community in San Marcos, as well as Heritage & Legends, a gated community comprised of 333 single-family homes in Vista.
The firm's fifth contract, Willowcreek, is a gated community in Vista encompassing 42 single-family homes.
Overall, the firm currently oversees a portfolio of about 72,000 residential units in 170 community associations with a combined real estate value of approximately $14 billion
