Phoenix-based MedAire supplies medical services, training and equipment to the aviation and maritime industries. The company chose the under-construction Hayden Ferry Lakeside location because of its location and available contiguous space.
Jerry Roberts, Jim Fijan and Kevin Calihan, all of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the building owner, SunCor Development Co. of Phoenix. Tim Benson of Westmark Realty of Mesa brokered on behalf of the tenant.
Hayden Ferry Lakeside broke ground on a 17-acre parcel about a year ago. MedAire will set up shop in the first of three office structures, in designs of eight to 12 stories, planned for the site. MedAire's home will be in an eight-story tower, ticketed for a July delivery.
