Now, the company currently estimates that FFO per share for 2002 will be slightly lower, in the range of $2.20 to $2.30 per share.
The revision reflects a greater number of shares expected to be outstanding during the year as a result of a proposed offering of common stock, and the lag in time before full deployment of the capital raised to support the company's operations.
