Elite Air, a Houston-based freight forwarding company, has signed for 114,400 sf in building five. John C. Duffie, Midway's executive vice president, represented the building owner, Liberty Property Ltd. Trust, as well as the deed holders of the other structures in the 290-acre business park located near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Russell-Stanley and Diversified Freight each took 19,200 sf in building two. Bill Cole of Houston-based Cole Commercial represented the tenant, a Bridgewater, NJ-based industrial container supply chain management company. Phil Arnett of Houston's Trione & Gordon ONCOR International negotiated for Diversified Freight.
The leasing flurry got under way a couple months back when a 10,630-sf pact was signed with AN Deringer, a Vermont-based international trade services company. John Talhelm of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. was the tenant's representative.
