Boiler Consulting, also known as Emerson Boiler Inc., is a Glendale-based firm that educates boiler operators on system operations. The company also designs, installs, modifies and repairs boiler systems.
TopGlock.com, a Tempe-based online distributor of glock or gun parts and weapons, leased 1,731 sf at Harbor View Business Park, situated at 2209-2211 W. 1st St. in Tempe. Jeff Conrad and T.J. Swearengin, also of Lee & Associates Arizona, represented the building owner, Arcadia Management Group. Doug Groppenbacher of Remax spoke for the tenant.
