IBC Group, also known as International Bedding, is a 27-year-old Florida-based mattress and box springs manufacturer. The move marks an expansion for IBC into Ancona Tolleson Center's new state-of-the-art manufacturing space.
A.J. Lydon of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis industrial advisory group represented the tenant. Bob Beardsley of Southwest Commercial Brokerage negotiated for the building owner, E&V Investments LLC. Details were not disclosed.
In an unrelated lease, Glendale Steel Supply Inc. took 8,400 sf at Camelback Commerce Center II, situated at 5411 W. Orange Dr. in Glendale. Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix represented the building owner, Roger Buttrum, and the tenant. Glendale Supply is a supplier of steel and metal fabrication.
