John Duffie, Midway's executive vice president, served as the in-house representative for all negotiations. In early 2000, Midway acquired Commerce Park Southwest as part of the 570,000-sf Amberjack Service Center Properties' industrial portfolio bought from State Farm Insurance Co. Commerce Park Southwest currently is 75% occupied.

MPAQ Electronics, a Stafford-based electronics distributor, leased 14,200 sf. Clay Peeples of Boyd Page represented the tenant.

Audio Visual Technology Group, a locally based company, took 9,050 sf. Mark Nicholas of Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s Houston office spoke for the tenant.

Another electronics company, Innovative Electronics, which caters to the oil and gas industry, lined up 6,961 sf. Innovative Electronics used in-house representatives.

Cypress, TX-based Kwik Kopy Printing signed for 4,057 sf. John Harry of John Harry Associates represented the tenant.

Houston-based New Generation Vending latched onto 4,057 sf. Jason Wasaff of Wilson, Wasaff bargained on the tenant's behalf.

Southwest EAC, a distributor of batteries and power packs, negotiated for itself for 3,283 sf as did Fuji Medical Systems, USA, a Stamford, CT-based medical diagnostic images services company, for its 3,174 sf.

Finally, Inovox Solutions, an oil- and gas-related technology firm, expanded its lease by 2,405 sf for a total 4,015 sf. Janet Thomas represented Inovox in the lease.
