The industrial space is part of a 109,699-sf manufacturing building that's also home to Qwest Communications. Tom Knaub of the Phoenix office of Colliers International represented Goodrich. Knaub tells GlobeSt.com that Goodrich owns a 110,350-sf building across the street. That site is used to manufacture about 200 aircraft evacuation slides per month. And, he adds, Goodrich is building a 45,000-sf, wind-testing facility adjacent to its manufacturing facility for federal compliance testing of the slides. Tom Louer of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis represented the building owner, Calwest Industrial Properties LLC.
