The retail center totals approximately 98,000 sf of retail on 10 acres. The center is anchored by a new 55,255-sf Vons with a complement of 43,000 sf of shops and pads.
The additional tenants that are occupying the new center are Wendy¹s Hamburgers, Kragen Auto Parts, Cingular Wireless, Papa Murphy¹s Pizza, H & R Block, and Great Clips. Redevelopment of the property, which was purchased in October of 2000, began after demolition of the existing 30,000-sf retail center and AMC theaters.
The project is owned by an affiliate of CP Investments, which is represented by its president, Dan Alessio. CP Investments Inc. specializes in the acquisition and development of grocery anchored strip shopping centers.
CP Investments currently owns property throughout the state of California.
