The honored Chateau communities include:
* Mountain View in Henderson, NV as the Land-Lease Community of the Year for more than 150 sites in the West. Mountain View is an age-restricted, resort-style community near Las Vegas in the Green Valley area.
* Tara Woods in Fort Myers, FL as Land-Lease Community of the Year for more than 150 sites in the South. Age-restricted Tara Woods features wooded homesites, lakes and a wide range of amenities and activities.
* Maple Run in Clio, MI as Land-Lease Community of the Year for less than 150 sites in the Midwest. All-age Maple Run is a development community offering among its resident amenities a business center and computer learning center.
* CSI at Holly Hills in Holly, MI as Retailer of the Year in the Midwest. The sales staff was recognized for its attractive model center and impressive sales volume.
Chateau Communities' portfolio of 214 communities includes about 70,000 residential homesites and 1,350 RV sites. In addition, Chateau manages 38 manufactured home communities with approximately 8,100 residential homesites.
