Arizona Title's new location is nestled in the $25-million, 203,000-sf, class A office building. The four-story office structure leases for about $24 per sf. It features one 50,000-sf floor that has been divided into pre-installed suites ranging from 2,000 sf to 7,000 sf. Summit Builders is handling the construction.
Steve Bodeman of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Arizona Title at the bargaining table. Building owner Denali National Trust of Scottsdale used in-house representation to structure the deal.
Arizona Title Agency is a subsidiary of United Title Cos. of Colorado. The parent company has 10 companies in more than 125 offices in Colorado, California and Arizona. Five of Arizona Title's eight offices in the state are in Phoenix and the others in Tempe, Mesa and Scottsdale.
