A source at Vantage Cos. Houston Division tells GlobeSt.com that the five-year lease brings occupancy to 33% at the 28-acre park. A.I.V. distributes industrial valves and related materials. Other tenants are Milestone Distributors and Internet Access Technologies.

Vantage used Brad Berry as its in-house representative for the deal. Jonathon Farris of Staubach Co.'s Houston office represented the tenant at the bargaining table.

Bondeson Business Park features Vantage's signature product of office-tech, office-warehouse and warehouse-distribution space. The seven-building project consists of four office-tech buildings, each with 91,000 sf. Additionally, there are 52,775-sf and 80,000-sf office-warehouses in the park. The buildings have front-park, rear-load and 24-foot clear heights. The park also contains a 140,000-sf warehouse-distribution building with numerous truck doors, 24-foot clear height and outside storage.
