Runnels Lofts LP signed for 10,000 sf at 2020 Congress St. near Enron Field in Houston's CBD. Chris Caudill of Grubb & Ellis brokered the deal for the tenant while G&W's Doyle Toups represented the building owner, Frederick Cilurso.
