Pioneer Companies, a manufacturing firm, leased 1,744 square feet at 700 Ygnacio Valley Road moving from Mt. Diablo Plaza. Residential Mortgage Capital opened its second East Bay office with a 2,586-square-foot lease on the second floor. The Law Offices of Cindy Frazier Bilsborough & The Law Offices of David Arietta will move to 1,547 square feet on the second floor.
Colliers International handled each of the leases transactions and coordinated the marketing efforts for 700 Ygnacio Valley Road, a 24,884-square-foot building. Class B rents in the Walnut Creek area average about $2.70 per sf.
According to Colliers, Walnut Creek is poised to offer tremendous business expansion or relocation opportunities this year as the economy recovers and a sense of stability returns.
