Voit Commercial Brokerage's San Diego office has been named exclusive sales and leasing representative for the electronics manufacturing facility, formerly the St. Microelectronics campus.
The five-building campus includes four clean rooms, office space, a cafeteria, fitness center, computer room, smock room and manufacturing space, according to Jon Boland, who is marketing the space along with Brian Mulvaney and Randy LaChance, all of Voit Commercial.
Demand for the site should be strong, "with San Diego's track record of producing many home-grown companies, and attracting companies from out of the area, combined with the tremendous existing facility improvements," Boland says.
The property is located at 16350 West Bernardo Drive in Rancho Bernardo, which is a hub for tenants such as Sony Corp., Hewlett-Packard, Northrop Grumman and NCR.
Voit Commercial Brokerage has offices in Irvine, Anaheim, Chula Vista and San Diego.
