Bruce Campbell and Susan Evans, both of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., cut the lease for building owner, Cincinnati-based Miller Valentine Group. Gary Tenney of Colliers International's Phoenix team negotiated for the tenant, who has selected a property near Maryvale Mall.
The tenant reportedly chose the industrial site because it is rail served, has functional build-out potential and a large yard. United States Gypsum is a subsidiary of Chicago-based USG Corp. It produces and distributes gypsum wallboard, joint compound and related gypsum products, cement board, gypsum fiber panels, ceiling tile and grid.
