Syndicated Office Systems, a subsidiary of Santa Barbara-based Tenant Healthcare Corp., has inked a $40-million lease for 140,000 sf here. It is the first tenant that Trammel Crow has secured for its Anaheim office project, which will be completed late this year. According to the terms of the 10-year agreement, Syndicated Office Systems will relocate its headquarters from Santa Ana to the Arena Corporate Center in 2003.
At build-out, Arena Corporate Center will consist of three, two-story office buildings that will encompass a total of approximately 383,250 sf. The complex will feature a central plaza area with an outdoor business center comprised of covered seating and meeting areas. Amenities will include lockers and showers, as well as an on-site jogging trail and basketball courts.
Trammell Crow Co. is developing the office project on behalf of Riggs Bank as trustee for the Multi Employee Property Trust and their pension fund advisor, Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel.
