Norwood Park South is a three-building office complex comprised of 147,000 sf. The property was built in the mid-1980s and includes tenants such as Pepsi Bottling Co., Epic Therapeutics Inc. and Phoenix Technologies.

The office market here is still showing signs of the recent recession. According to Q1 figures released by Cushman & Wakefield, the overall vacancy rate for the Route 128 South area is at 20.4% while the direct vacancy rate is at 15.4%.
