PizzaPals founders are Allan Huston, former president and CEO of Pizza Hut; Pat Williamson, former Pizza Hut COO; and Larry Zwain, former president and CEO of Boston Market in Golden, CO. Zwain is moving to Denver from Chicago. He headed US marketing for McDonalds, based in Oak Brook, IL, from 19898 to 2001.

Huston and Williamson will stay in Dallas.

Together, they have more than 80 years of experience in the fast-food business.

Pizza PALS plans to open its first CiCi's Pizza by late summer, starting in their headquarters city of Denver. A second store this year will allow them to perfect their formula and pave the way for exponential growth over the next decade.

PizzaPals expects its 100 restaurants will conservatively generate $120 million to $150 million in revenues. Start-up costs are estimated at about $450,000 per restaurant.

CiCi, a Dallas-based company founded in 1985, boasts $315 million in sales from its 375 stores in 18 states.
