Randy Wilhelm of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the tenant. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, both of PM Realty Group's Houston office, negotiated the contract for the building owner.
Grubb & Ellis Co.'s first-quarter office analysis logged a 16.7% vacancy in the FM 1960 submarket. The office sector bears a 4.2-million sf inventory, with 32,000 sf under construction at this point. Class A properties are bringing an average of $18.84 per sf while class B pulls in $14.79 per sf on the average.
