For Sleep America, the 4,056-sf signing is the second deal to close this month, says Tom Woods of the Phoenix office for Boston-based Colliers International. As of July 1, the business will occupy a site at the Chandler Gateway, a power center located on the southwest corner of Chandler Road and Loop 101. Chandler Gateway Partners is the center's owner.

Also, Michael K. Darley of Phoenix leased 2,455 sf for a Hall of Frames store at the Village of Prescott Gateway, a regional shopping center on the southwest corner of Arizona 69 and Lee Boulevard. The retailer will join a tenant roster boasting Barnes & Noble, Dillard's, Michael's Arts & Crafts, JCPenney and Sears. Woods represented the building owner, TWC II, Prescott Mall LLC.
