San Rafael, CA-based QuadraMed is a leading developer of information technology systems for healthcare professionals. Listed on NASDAQ, the company's four main product lines are used by members of the healthcare industry to manage their medical offices as well as patient information.
QuadraMed will relocate its San Diego offices from its current space at 1121 E. Washington Ave. in Escondido to San Marcos in May.
Located at 1050 Las Vallecitos, the San Marcos Outlet Center includes a 106,000-sf office building, a 250-car surface parking lot and a 200-car parking structure. Since acquiring the property in 2000, CT Realty has completed $1.2 million in tenant improvements in addition to a $750,000 renovation.
Other tenants at the San Marcos Outlet Center include Heritage Furniture Co., which leases 30,000 sf of space, Computer Education Institute with 20,000 sf and Arizona Leather Factory at 15,000 sf.
Mark Avilla of BRE's Carlsbad office represented CT Realty in the lease negotiations with QuadraMed. QuadraMed was represented by Todd Davis, also with BRE's Carlsbad office.
