Frank Oronato of the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. and Shawn Kelter of the firm's Anaheim, CA office represented GSL in the land sale. Kelter also is Tyco's representative in national and international real estate deals. Kelley Parker with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the seller, Bayport North Industrial Park.

Oronato tells GlobeSt.com that GSL plans to have Tyco's build-to-suit finished by November. In keeping with its operations strategy, GSL intends to own the building for the long term just like its other industrial holdings in the Houston area.

Tyco Valves produces products for numerous industries, including oil and gas production and pipelines, power generation and waste and wastewater. The company also has locations in the Texas towns of Angleton, Beaumont and Deer Park.
