Voters agreed to build a $59.9-million high school, the district's second, to serve 1,800 students. It will be built on a 150-acre site east of Interstate 35 and will open in the 2005-06 school year.

They also approved a $4-million expansion of Oak Hills Elementary School to accommodate 200 more students, a $6-million technology upgrade and $5-million inmaintenance projects.

The district also covers portions of Burnsville, Elko, Credit River, Eureka and New Market.
