J.L. Stevenson Corp. closed on a 19,900-sf manufacturing building, positioned on 5.4 acres, at 7667 Mosley Rd. in the city's southwest submarket. The property is located near Texas 75 and the Gulf Freeway. Harris County appraised the building and land at $307,380.
B. Kelley Parker III, and John F. Littman, both of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented the seller, J&J Realty Inc. A C&W team of James E. Foreman, Sandra F. Harris and Beau Kaleel handled negotiations for the buyer.
In South Houston, locally based Jarco Steel has purchased a 19,299-sf warehouse, valued at $197,650, near the intersection of Mykawa Drive and Loop 610. Christopher S. Klein of Colliers International's Houston office did the talking for the seller, DFW Holdings. Colliers' Parker Johnson represented the buyer of 6715 La Paseo St.
