The total value of the deal is $680,000. The lessor, The Shidler Group, was represented by Jim Laing of Burnham Real Estate Services. Belsky & Associates was represented by Derek Applebaum of Business Real Estate.

In January, law firm Gaglione, Coleman and Greene leased 3,481 sf of Downtown office space at Symphony Towers, 750 B St. from Ferrell Capital Inc. The property was leased for three years at $341,486. The firm was represented by Vince Boticelli of World Net Capital Corp. Ferrell wasrepresented by Allan W. Arendsee of A.W. Arendsee Real Estate.

And in December, national law firm Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP leased 120,000 sf in a 26-story high-rise office and mixed-use development by Lankford & Associates Inc.

The firm's 250-person San Diego office will occupy the top six floors of the project, dubbed Broadway 655. The office previously signed a letter of intent in June for the city-approved, $150 million development. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
