Kendall served as RERC's COO for several years in the 1990s and contributed to the firm's research, appraisal and consulting operations, says CEO Ken Riggs. Kendall's return to the firm, he says, is especially important as RERC continues to strengthen its presence in the southern US.
Riggs says Kendall is "well-respected within the real estate investment community, and his high-level valuation and analytical experience will be valuable to the information and services we offer attorneys, investment advisers, insurance companies and other investors."
Kendall's background includes property valuations for major portfolio acquisitions in multifamily, hotel and retail sectors, litigation consultant and serving as an expert witness for cases involving the FDIC and RTC. He also was director of real estate advisory services with PricewaterhouseCoopers, president of Kendall Realty Advisors and director of Houston appraisal operations with Laventhol and Horwath.
