Jason Whittington of NAI Partners Commercial Realty LP represented Parker Rodriguez in the sale. John Parsley of the Houston office of Colliers International handled talks for the seller, Paisan Venture LLC.
Whittington tells GlobeSt.com that Parker Rodriguez plans to use the second floor of the two-story, 22-year-old building for its corporate office. A 2,500-sf section of the first floor is leased. Whittington says the tenant will stay put while the floor's remaining space will be used for storage by Parker Rodriguez.
With the buy comes a new landscaping plan in keeping with the new owner's expertise. The broker was mum on the sales price, but the Harris County Appraisal District values the facility and land at about $500,000.
