David Krumwiede, Phoenix regional partner of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., says the building recently was purchased by Lincoln along with five others. "We're pleased that the buildings remain 98% leased," he says. "Efforts to renew existing tenants, as well as attract new businesses to the project have been very successful."
Lincoln Property has given the leasing assignment for the building to Stein Koss and Rick Lee, both of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona. Koss and Lee handled talks for Lincoln while Paul Sieczkowski of the Phoenix office of Colliers International represented Biagi in the lease negotiations.
