The firm manufactures, distributes and markets its ISAGENIX product, the 48-Hour Fat Burning System. Mike Haenel, Andy Markham and Marc Tuite, all of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s industrial group, negotiated the lease transaction. Tuite tells GlobeSt.com that a relocation from Tempe is in the works.

The nutritional products company is taking one of nine buildings in the 101,835-sf Diablo Business Center. Constructed in 1987, the service center/flex space business park is owned by Lafayette, CA-based Bedford Property Investors, a self-administered REIT. The park, situated on 5.34 acres, is fully leased, but two will come to market in January 2003, according to Tuite.
