GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO-One of NorthMarq Capital's life insurance company correspondents provides the money for DPC Development Co., owner of the 72,149-sf building at 7000 E. Belleview Ave.

Financing was provided by one of NorthMarq Capital's life insurance company correspondents.

Steve Bye, executive vice president and senior managing director, and Steve Clifford, senior investment analyst of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the funding for the owner, DPC Development Co.

NorthMarq has arranged several similar financing transactions for DPC, a long-time client.
