Te Scottsdale Healthcare Medical Office Building V is located on the northwest corner of Mountain View Road and 92nd Street on the Shea Campus Hospital. The trio, featuring two- and three-story designs, will be positioned to form a courtyard plaza. Luckett Farley of Phoenix is the project architect.
The project comes off a trail of Scottsdale Healthcare projects, which include the North Medical Plaza IV, a 51,000-sf office complex also situated on the Shea Campus. Summit's other work for the health-care provider was the first two phases of the Thompson Peak medical office complex, located on the northeast corner of Scottsdale Healthcare Drive and Thompson Peak Parkway and the Scottsdale Healthcare cardiology wing.
