The three-year lease will be used as temporary space until its facility at the intersection of 45th Avenue and Interstate 10 is completed. A.J. Lydon, Marc Hertzberg and Gary Anderson, all of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s industrial advisory group, brokered the short-term lease for building owner, RREEF. Steve Steinberg with Phoenix's Robert J. Kawa & Co. Inc. represented the union at the bargaining table.

Also in Phoenix, Pacific Utility Equipment Co. has signed for 6,000 sf of industrial space at 1742 West Grant St. Jeff Hays of NAI Horizon's Phoenix team spoke for the building owner, Metro Investments LLC. The space will be used for general offices and a repair station for its construction equipment.
