Ditz, a native of California, began his career as a project manager with the Rockridge Group of San Francisco.
In 1991, he started his own fee-based development management practice, True Adams Co. in Colorado Springs, CO. Four years later, he joined Aurora-based ProLogis Trust as vice president and national projects manager, where his primary construction responsibilities included more than $50 million of class-A build-to-suit corporate headquarters facilities.
Most recently, Ditz served as founder and managing director of Development Management Associates Inc. He earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California-Berkeley, and is a registered architect in both the state of California and Colorado.
