He represented buyer and seller, John E. Isaacs and Lisa E. Isaacs, also of Phoenix. The building is a 1980s vintage that is exceedingly popular with buyers of small-size product.
In another sale, Banfield Properties Ltd. purchased a 17,630-sf medical office building at 875 N. Greenfield Rd. near its intersection with East Guadalupe Road in Gilbert, about 24 miles from Phoenix's city center. Rick Ridberg and Mary Lane, also of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizons, brokered both sides of the transaction. Greenfield Medical LLC is the seller. The acquisition satisfied a 1031 exchange for the buyer.
