The transaction is a direct lease for about four years with CSC. Dan Pollard of United Systems Integrators represented CSC and Michelle McDonald of the Austin office of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated for Digital Anvil.
Digital Anvil moves from two smaller spaces in historic buildings along Congress Avenue, four blocks east of the CSC building. Microsoft also leases space at Stonebridge Plaza at 9606 N. MoPac Expressway in northwest Austin for its technology center and other offices.
Pollard says CSC still has two floors left to lease in the six-story building. CSC occupies the first three floors and all of a nearby similar six-story building.
