Salt Lake City-based Woodside Homes took 11,359 sf. Jeff Hartland of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Woodside Homes in the talks. The firm will relocate June 1 from its offices at 1204 E. Baseline Rd.
Mike Beall, Tom Johnston and Kathy Gibbs, both of the Phoenix office of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., represented the property owner, Property Reserve Arizona in all three leases.
Change of Heart, a psychological counseling office, signed for 1,388 sf. Before the month's out, the office will have completed its relocation from Scottsdale. Max Masel of Masel Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant.
The Elk Corp., a Dallas-based roofing products manufacturer and distributor, is unpacking in 1,390 sf at the building. It moved from Jackson Plaza at the southwest corner of Mill Avenue and Interstate 60. Kathleen Morgan with GPE Commercial Real Estate represented Elk Corp. in structuring the pact.
