The facility is located at 2855 Reservoir St. in the city of Pomona. The company plans to use the site for maintenance and repair of tactical simulation equipment. It is moving from a smaller facility in Pomona. Currently, the space is divided into 12% office with the balance going to warehousing, but Raytheon plans to do some renovation.
The free-standing building was built in 1985. The pervious tenant was III, a local distribution company that vacated the premises a month prior to Raytheon signing its lease agreement.
Colliers Seeley International's Steve Bellitti and Mike McCrary represented the property owner, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., in the transaction. Raytheon was represented by Tom Cherry and Jeff Sharp of Cushman & Wakefield.
