AUBURN HILLS, MI-The Cooper Tire division consolidates three facilities into one, resulting in an industrial building in the Pinnacle Corporate Center becoming excess property. Technology Investment Partners takes it off Cooper Standard Automotive's books.

Sales price of the property, which has access to I-75 and room for expansion, was not released.

Cooper Automotive consolidated three of its operations in this area into a new 79,000-square-foot technical center.
