The tenant provides behavioral health services to individuals in Arizona. Gordon Raguse of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant in the lease transaction. B.R. Brown handled negotiations on behalf of the building owner, Gorgage LLC.
A Phoenix industrial lease puts Environmental Management & Consultants into 3,538 sf at Westmount Tech Center, situated at 9831 S. 51st Ave. The Lee & Associates Arizona-structured lease was bundled by Marc Pierce and David Johnson for the tenant. Ken Matheson of Victoria Properties was the in-house representative for the building owner.
